How do I request replacements?
Jump to the Replacements tab — you get one refresh per year, so choose wisely. (We believe in you.)
How do I update my address?
Hit the My Info tab and update it anytime. Pro tip: do this before placing your replacement order if you've moved.
What if we're not in session when I want to reorder?
Totally fine — update your shipping address in My Info before ordering. You can ship to any address, including a home base.
Can I manage multiple camps?
Each account is tied to one email. Running multiple locations? Drop us a line and we'll sort it out.

⚠ This toggle only controls the portal. You also need to manually update Typeform:
Opening applications: In Typeform admin, set a response limit (Settings → Access & Scheduling) and publish the form.
Closing applications: In Typeform admin, either unpublish the form or remove the response limit so it shows as closed.
Note: Typeform response limits count from when you set them, not from the original publish date.
